By 1987 we had our garage roof replaced twice with leakage still occurring. I then interviewed 4 major local roofing companies and selected Horizon Roofing to redo everything including the house. What a pleasant experience it turned out to be. I have found Victor, Scott and their crew to be most reliable, honest, clean and quick in their work. They were courteous, considerate, and did an excellent professional job with close supervision by Victor and/or Scott.
The free estimate was reasonably priced and after signing the contract I did not have any additional expenses or surprises outside of what we had negotiated along the way. The clean up afterwards was so good that I could not tell that anything had been torn off. Since that time they have done rental property for me and some friend's roofs with the same high satisfaction by all. Any phone calls were quickly answered.
The most amazing follow through was when several years later some of my shingles started fading. Victor negotiated for me with the shingle company and the replacement of all the shingles. Again I had the same good experience the second time in getting my roof done. Some of my drains were damaged by the company delivering the shingles. Horizon Roofing took total responsibility and had them replaced.
Since Victor and his son have a wealth of knowledge in other home construction and repair areas, I have found the company a good resource for advice and referrals. I highly recommend anyone to get an estimate from Horizon Roofing.

As you know, we thought we had a leak in our 13 year old shake roof. You indicated that you wanted to inspect the roof prior to commiting to a new roof estimate. I believe you sent your son, Scott, who thoroughly inspected our roof from the exterior and then from the attic areas as well. Scott could find no apparent leaks, but did replace several damaged shakes and subsequently refused compensation. Scott felt that the roof did not need replacement and suggested that a plumber inspect the area that was experiencing some water damage. Sure enough, we had a faulty pipe problem that was contributing to our water problem.
I genuinely appreciate your company's honesty and willingness to assist us in our problem. I would willingly accept a bill for Scott's time and shake replacement. Anyway, I can assure you that when the time comes to replace the roof, Horizon will be my very first call. Again thanks.

Deear Victor,
Last week Pete [Horizon Project Manager] and his team completed the roof replacement at my home in Federal Way. I want to express my satisfaction on how my new roof looks and functions and my appreciation for the great job Pete did in leading the project. I had a preliminary agreement to work with another company but Horizon was recommended to me and upon calling Pete I was impressed by the immediate attention I received, a written quote in a matter of hours and his willingness to modify the project to my specifications.
During the project the team worked quickly and professionally with the project site left clean at the end of each day. Upon completion Pete and I completed a walk through that left me very satisfied that project was completed to my satisfaction. Pete took the initiative to replace a ridge cap section that did not meet his quality standard.
As a customer I'm very satisfied to have received a quality product at a fair price that has added to the value of my home and will provide me a lifetime of protection. I will highly recommend your company to anyone who is in the market for your products and services. I also believe as a owner you should feel thankful to have a project manager like Peter as part of your team. His on the job leadership, work ethic and customer service help set your company apart from others.
